174–963 Hz Solfeggio Unweighted Tuning Fork Series
Nine tones. Build a practice at your own pace.
Choose one unweighted fork from 174, 285, 396, 417, 528, 639, 741, 852 or 963 Hz, or the complete nine-fork Solfeggio set. The collection moves from a lower listening register to brighter tones, giving you room to discover your preferences.
Choose your option — what you receive
- Single-frequency option: one fork at the selected frequency.
- 9 Solfeggio Set: all nine listed frequencies, one fork of each.
- A storage pouch and rubber mallet are included with each fork.
- Photos of the full collection do not mean that a single-frequency option contains nine forks.
Frequency guide & contemporary practice themes
The names and themes used in modern Solfeggio practice are symbolic interpretations. The benefit described here is how you can structure a listening routine; these frequencies do not guarantee relief from pain, anxiety or another condition.
174 Hz — a lower starting point
The lowest tone in the collection. A useful choice if you prefer a lower register and want a simple sound cue for settling into a quiet space.
285 Hz — a step upward
Between 174 and 396 Hz. Explore a mid-low tone and use it to mark a reset between activities; the theme of renewal is a personal practice choice.
396 Hz — reflection
A lower-middle tone often given a theme of release in modern sound practice. Use it before journaling or a mindful pause without expecting a prescribed emotional response.
417 Hz — transition
Only 21 Hz above 396 Hz, but a distinct pitch. Use the contrast to explore nearby tones or mark the change from work to rest.
528 Hz — attentive listening
A middle tone in the nine-fork sequence. Use it as a focus for noticing the beginning, fading sound and return to silence; claims of DNA repair are not established for this product.
639 Hz — shared presence
A higher-middle tone that can accompany a shared listening moment. Invite another person to describe what they hear; connection is a practice theme, not a frequency-driven promise.
741 Hz — a cue before focused activity
A brighter tone for a brief pause before reading, writing or another quiet task. The useful benefit is the repeatable cue to begin; it is not a detoxification treatment.
852 Hz — contemplation
One of the higher tones, between 741 and 963 Hz. Choose it if you enjoy a brighter pitch for meditation or an intention-setting ritual.
963 Hz — the upper end of the sequence
The highest tone of the nine. Its contrast with 174 Hz is easy to explore when played separately; use it as a closing cue and leave a moment of silence afterwards.
Single fork or the complete set?
A single fork is enough to learn the basics. Choose the set when you want to compare the full range, vary a session or use several distinct cues in a personal or studio routine. There is no requirement to play all nine in one sitting or in a fixed order.

A simple practice & everyday care
- Hold only the handle. Keep the prongs and any tip weights free.
- Activate with a gentle tap from the included rubber mallet, or a suitable soft activator placed on a stable table. Do not strike the fork on hard surfaces.
- Listen in a quiet space at a comfortable distance. Let the tone fade before repeating.
Keep dry, wipe with a soft cloth and store in the included pouch. Avoid drops, impacts and use on injured or irritated skin. Stop if uncomfortable.
Free engraving & help choosing
Make the fork your own with a name, short inscription or studio logo. Engraving is free and does not change its tuned frequency. Contact us with your text, font and placement; confirm any special requirements before ordering.
